Brief:
During a reassessment of Protiviti's brand effectiveness in regards to employee retention and recruitment I was responsible for leading the overall strategic thinking behind their rebranding efforts. Using internal research data as a resource I was able to focus on the demands of generation-y. I proposed to position Protiviti community based programs as evidence of corporate social responsibility(CSR). CSR is valued by younger leaders who are seeking a work environment that extends outside the office and into their communities.
