What happens to it in my world?
Well, I'm always good intentioned at the grocery when I pick ir out from the mound of other soggy bunches at Fred's or Winco. Cilantro, if it is special, occurs in my choices to purchase and prep. I will buy only to forgo it's selection when in the final prep stage of my cooking regimen. I typically will make the purchase without ever using the herb in my anticipation for devouring my meal. It's more of garnish for my kitchen counter than it is for rounding out the color and flavor profile of my plate.
