Be on notice. Challenge your self to bear witness to the everyday. Writing in early in the morning creates a better head space for returning to the work desk.
Make time to spend with loved ones and family. Maximizing the work day is a commitment to yourself and your support system. Including them in your life will make you a better designer because you are a better person when you share your life with others. Take them for a walk or two throughout the day.
